Shipping Policy

We work hard to process and ship your orders quickly so you can enjoy your glow as soon as possible.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or new product launches.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • USPS First Class: 3–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak seasons.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Incorrect Address

Please double check your address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Carmen Beauty Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this happens, please contact USPS to file a claim. We are happy to provide any information needed.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@carmenbeautyco.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will send a replacement if eligible.
